About Us
Vivalur is an agency specializing in connecting Croatian companies with international students. Our mission is to open Croatia worldwide by offering students the opportunity to discover the Croatian tourism market and acquire concrete skills in marketing, communication, sales or customer care. And at the same time helping companies grow by providing support from the international students that we hire.
At the moment we are working with Apodos Travel Agency (bus tours in Split), Time Travel (day trips in national parks and biggest cities around) and Navegar (boat tours) so you’ll be in charge of the sales of all those companies in your internship.
Missions
- Promote and sell our various tour offerings to tourists.
- Welcome customers and address their inquiries regarding itineraries, schedules, prices, etc.
- Provide general information about tourist attractions in Split and its surroundings.
- Process bookings, payments, and travel confirmations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum B2/C1 level of English proficiency.
Knowledge of other languages is a plus. - Be an Erasmus-eligible student
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the tourism industry and a desire to work with tourists.
- Preferably, previous experience in direct sales to customers.
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member. - Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Additional Information
Internship duration: We’re looking from June to early December, but we are flexible.
Location: Split, Croatia.
Paid internship: Commission-based, no fixed base salary.
Opportunity to learn and develop essential skills in the tourism and sales.
Sales are made at the agency and directly at our outdoor meeting point.
